About The Preschool
We are a community play based non-profit preschool in Burnaby that provides a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all children and their families. We strive for quality care and follow a curriculum that sets standards for development and learning.
Our Philosophy
We believe that all children should be valued; all children belong. Our hands-on teaching approach allows children to think and cultivate their own ideas. Our teachers are licensed Early Childhood Educators who continuously develop and update the preschool programming based on the children's social, educational and intellectual needs. They strive to create a nurturing environment.
About The Teachers
Our teachers bring over 40 years of experience to Pied Piper Preschool. Their enthusiasm and passion for early childhood learning can be seen in the design and delivery of the play-based curriculum. They believe that activities should be open-ended and led by the child to encourage the children to explore, manipulate and learn to their fullest potential. You can see their smiles, hear their laughter and feel the nurturing environment in the classroom daily.
